Location: Bastrop, TX

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM with a 1 hour lunch

No Clockwatchers. Just Movers, Stackers, and Go-Getters.

What It Takes

• Dress Code: comfortable clothing suitable for physical labor. Clothes must fit properly; no loose fabric, dangling jewelry, or scarves that could catch on machinery.
• Required PPE : steel-toe shoes.
• Working independently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Utilizing RF devices to fill orders and issue materials and supplies per requests
• Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies
• Packing and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Championing effective inventory management practices
• Adhering to and promoting safety and security policies and procedures
• Demonstrating exceptional reliability whilemaintaininga safe and clean work environment.
