As a Security Officer - Perimeter Foot Patrol in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a financial institution location as an unarmed patrol officer, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas while maintaining a visible presence that may help to reduce security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to requests, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering a customer-first experience. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, entrances, ATM and lobby areas, and the exterior perimeter, adjusting patrols based on location needs and conditions.
• Monitor access control points by observing people and activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed, timely reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
