THE ROLE: You will be part of AMD's Data Center GPU organization, leading program management fora future Instinct compute accelerator program. The role will spanacross planning, execution, and delivery. You willbuild andlead ateam of program managers and senior technical leaders responsible for the overall program.This role spans program planning through siliconbringup and readiness for production, requiring strong leadership, technical breadth, and deepexpertisein orchestrating multiteam interlocks. This is a highly visible role with broad collaboration across architecture, silicon design, firmware, software, platform/system teams, networking, cluster teams, operations, and other enabling functions to bring products to market. You will have latitude to innovate and drive execution excellence, while engaging regularly with AMD senior leadership. THE PERSON: We are seeking a senior program management leader with experience driving large, complex, crossfunctional silicon,platform, and SWprograms in the semiconductor and/or systems industry. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building highperforming global teams, and are a change agent witha track recordof improving execution rigor, program predictability, and delivery outcomes. Youpossessstrong interpersonal and executive communication skills and excel at aligning diverse technical stakeholders toward a unified plan. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
