THE ROLE:

You will be part of AMD's Data Center GPU organization, leading program management fora future Instinct compute accelerator program. The role will spanacross planning, execution, and delivery. You willbuild andlead ateam of program managers and senior technical leaders responsible for the overall program.This role spans program planning through siliconbringup and readiness for production, requiring strong leadership, technical breadth, and deepexpertisein orchestrating multiteam interlocks.

This is a highly visible role with broad collaboration across architecture, silicon design, firmware, software, platform/system teams, networking, cluster teams, operations, and other enabling functions to bring products to market.

You will have latitude to innovate and drive execution excellence, while engaging regularly with AMD senior leadership.

THE PERSON:

We are seeking a senior program management leader with experience driving large, complex, crossfunctional silicon,platform, and SWprograms in the semiconductor and/or systems industry.

You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building highperforming global teams, and are a change agent witha track recordof improving execution rigor, program predictability, and delivery outcomes.

Youpossessstrong interpersonal and executive communication skills and excel at aligning diverse technical stakeholders toward a unified plan.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional hardware programs (silicon + platform/system + software readiness).
  • Experience with AI/ML and HPC program environments and delivery expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end program execution methodologies, milestone governance, risk management, and dependency tracking (HW/FW/SW).
  • Prior roles leadingcomplex programsin global, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated strength in developing and growing leaders, scaling processes, and building execution culture.
  • Understanding of HW/FW/SW interaction and system-level design tradeoffs sufficient to drive schedule and integration decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and executive communication, including presenting to senior executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead program planning and execution fora future Instinct productfrom early planning through silicon bringup and production readiness.
  • Own the integrated master schedule: milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths across architecture, silicon, FW, SW, platform/system, networking/cluster, and validation functions.
  • Drive program governance: operating cadence, decision forums, issue/risk management, and escalation paths to ensuretimelyresolution.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key engineering and business organizations to enable alignment and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement: incorporate learnings from prior programs to enhance predictability, quality of execution, and cross-team integration.
  • Partner with peers to drive readiness across manufacturing, quality, and downstream execution organizations.
  • Support customer/partner interactions and executive updates asrequired.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to support growth plans and scale program leadership capability.

PERFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with AI/ML acceleration, HPC workloads, and largescale compute platforms
  • Expertisespanning hardware/software codesign and systemlevel optimizationdesign andsystem leveloptimization
  • Prior experiencerepresentingtechnical strategy with customers, partners, or industry bodies

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
