As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage production location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, communicate clearly, and document observations while supporting access control and site procedures. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns.
• Control access at entrances and key interior points by verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and directing visitors and vendors to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, and medical or fire-related calls, and coordinate notifications to site leadership and/or public responders as required.
• Document patrols, access activity, and incident details in written and/or electronic logs, complete required reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
