As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and telecom campus, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout office, lab, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and document visitor and vendor activity in accordance with location procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, alarms, and access control issues, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate key information during shift handoff, and support security-related investigations by preserving observations and video details when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of 1+ years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
