As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will drive between properties and conduct routine patrols to help spot and report security-related concerns, assist with access control, and provide strong customer service for tenants and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions such as unsecured doors, broken lighting, and/or loitering, then communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Complete shift logs and incident reports, using Allied Universal reporting procedures, and communicate updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
