Security Officer -Manufacturing Facility

As a Security Officer - Exterior Patrol Rounds in Mansfield, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will observe and report unusual activity, support access control as needed, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and along the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic as assigned, verify authorization to enter restricted areas, and report irregular conditions per post orders.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident documentation, and assist with basic security-related inspections such as checking doors, gates, and equipment areas for unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
