You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while documenting key activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access points by monitoring entrances and gates, verifying identification and/or badges, and directing visitors and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or public responders as directed.
• Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents and unusual activity, and communicate pertinent information to the oncoming shift and/or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
