In the role of Management Consulting Data Science Consultant, we'll count on you to:
- Develop and maintain dashboards (primarily Power BI) summarizing a variety of data.
- Perform data analysis tasks, including writing SQL queries for data aggregation and visualization.
- Connect dashboards to diverse data sources, including Enterprise Asset Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP), SQL, P6 schedules, and financial/procurement systems.
- Develop robust data models, relationships, and DAX measures.
- Troubleshoot data quality and refresh issues.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methods to extract insights from large, complex datasets.
- Design and implement predictive analytics models to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
- Create reusable templates and standards to maintain consistency in reporting across projects.
- Support client meetings, virtually or on site. Occasional travel to a client's offices or facilities.
- Prepare documents and presentations for clients.
- Serve as task manager under project manager, beginning deputy project management duties.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of work completed by other team members as needed.
- Support Scope of Work and budget development for proposals.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating scheduling (such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
- Ability to work with APIs or ETL tools for automated data refresh.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms, such as Google Big Query, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure/Databricks.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
- Experience with summarizing findings from analytical processes.
- Python, Pandas scripting
- Tableau/Power BI
- R Studio scripting
- SQL Query writing / database development
- Process-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- A minimum of 5 years related experience
- Efficient use of the internet and other electronic and hard copy media for research
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Project and Visio skills
- Expert Microsoft Access and Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary level information
- Ability to obtain, cleanse, merge and analyze data from multiple sources
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-starter with proven track record of accomplishments
