As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, support access control and visitor guidance, and document observations. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license and compliance with AU Driver Policy Requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor and contractor entry, and controlling keys, badges, and/or gate operations per site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services when needed.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, document observations, and communicate shifts updates to oncoming personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
