As an Allied Universal Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help manage access control by verifying credentials, issuing and tracking badges, and greeting drivers and employees with professional customer service. You will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, document security-related activity, and communicate clearly with site teams to help reduce incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Manage access control at entry and exit points by greeting drivers, employees, and visitors; verifying identification and/or credentials; and following visitor management and key control processes.
• Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, including coordinating with site personnel on dock or gate instructions and documenting access activity per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed and completing incident documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, yard areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow-up per site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
