At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager to own, evolve, and fundamentally re-engineer our Marketo Engage platform into a self-sustaining, AI-augmented marketing automation system. This is a marketing systems role, not a traditional marketing operations or campaign execution role. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, agentic workflow design, CRM systems architecture, and scalable campaign infrastructure. This is an ideal opportunity for a deeply technical Marketo expert who doesn't just administer a platform - you build the systems, frameworks, and automated pipelines that make the platform run itself. You will architect the technical foundation of our marketing automation environment: building self-healing data integrity systems, API orchestration layers, AI-powered template engines, and deeply integrated Salesforce sync infrastructure that scales without manual intervention. This role requires someone who looks at every recurring manual process and asks: "How do I build a system that eliminates this?" YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
