Position Summary The Communications, Strategic Engagement & Change Support Internship is designed for someone who brings strong communication skills, positive energy, and a collaborative mindset. This role supports Electric Risk & Compliance by helping plan, create, and deliver clear, consistent, and well structured communications that keep stakeholders informed and aligned. In addition to supporting ongoing communications such asnewsletters, updates, and presentation materials, this role supportsmanagement of change effortsby helping ensure messaging is clear, coordinated, and easy to understand as processes, tools, or priorities evolve. This role also provides exposure toAI enabled tools and techniques, where the intern will help explore opportunities toautomate and enhance recurring reporting and communication activities, improving efficiency, consistency, and timeliness while maintaining message quality and clarity. This position is hybrid with the expectation of working in PG&E's General Office in downtown Oakland, CA approximately 1-3 days per week. PG&E isprovidingthe hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including skills, education, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
