Could you be the full-time onsite Project Manager in Sanford,FL US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll drive impactful improvements by managing projects and contracts, supporting Operations and Maintenance/Overhaul initiatives, and identifying business improvement opportunities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (local site teams, cross-functional departments, and stakeholders), mentor and motivate individuals to implement defined improvements, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Identifying and documenting the scope of work, and developing effort, business plans, cost, schedules (WBS), and resource estimates. ,



  • Identifying risks and opportunities associated with project execution. ,



  • Supporting continuous improvements across the four main project objectives: Delivery, Quality, Cost, and Safety. ,



  • Collaborating with local site teams, at all levels, to develop integrated supporting management processes and procedures. ,



  • Mentoring, educating, and motivating teams and individuals to implement defined improvements. ,



  • Developing project plans, including the project-defined process, lifecycle phases, and plans for managing generated data. ,



  • Identifying relevant stakeholders and fostering alignment with a shared project vision. ,



  • Establishing the project team and defining their roles and responsibilities. ,



  • Ensuring the project team has the necessary knowledge and skills to execute effectively. ,



  • Capturing and delivering the latest industry innovations and best practices to add value to Alstom's Project/Business Operations."

  • Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ,



  • Experience or understanding of leading projects in Rail, Transportation, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar industries. ,



  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and tools. ,



  • Knowledge of project lifecycle phases, including scope management, risk identification, and resource estimation. ,



  • A certification or communication skill such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or strong verbal and written communication abilities. ,



  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. ,



  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. ,



  • Ability to mentor, educate, and motivate teams to achieve shared objectives. ,



  • Understanding of financial metrics and business planning.
