Warfighting Functional Analyst

As a Warfighting Function (WfF) Analyst, you'll use and bring your analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise asyou work as member of an Operations Group on projects for the training program. You'll support an Operations Group with the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the program. You'll be a trusted advisor to the military client, andwe'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex Operations Orders, SOPs, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to Warfighting Exercises, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. Write Operations Orders as required. Use all current and future analytical tools available to produce AARs. Serve as the program POC and leverage expertise producing digital SCP, as required produce orders x-walk, and when feasible cross train as Workstation controller.

You'll oversee the work we do for Operations Groups supporting training programs and the solutions we deliver for the Army's Warfighter program.

You Have:

• Experience with the US Military as senior NCO, WO, or officer

• Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level, such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major

• Experience with Army and Joint regulation and publications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint software

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Graduate of Military Education Level (MEL) 4, CGSC, Warrant Officer Training, or SGM's equivalent

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as Colonel O-5 or above

• Experience serving on division or corps level staff positions

• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Master's degree

• Graduate of MEL 1 War College or equivalent

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:
