Job Description The Product Engineer Senior Consultant I (Full Stack Java/AI) plays a key role in designing, building, and enhancing internallyused digital products that support enterprise infrastructure, incident management, and service portal capabilities. This role combines strong software engineering expertise with emerging AIdriven development practices, leveraging Java, JavaScript, and modern frameworks to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.You will be responsible for implementing generative and agentic AI technologies to augment and automate core development workflows, as well as programming enhancements for the ServiceNow portal without requiring administrative responsibilities. Working closely with technical teams and business partners across multiple geographies, you will contribute to feature design, integration testing, and continuous improvement of internally built tools that support operational teams. As a handson engineer, you will evaluate proposed software changes, resolve issues and blockers, support feature planning, and ensure highquality delivery through systematic testing and functional design. You will also help configure vendor software where needed and act as a subjectmatter resource across multiple business areas. Key Responsibilities:
