Physical Therapist - Clinical Supervisor Position Summary This role is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is interested in developing supervisory and leadership skills within an outpatient rehabilitation setting. While prior formal management experience is not required, candidates should demonstrate leadership potential through experiences such as mentoring colleagues, supervising students, participating in clinic initiatives, or supporting team operations. This is a hybrid clinical and supervisory role. Approximately 75-95% of the position will involve direct patient care within a primarily community-based orthopedic clinic. The remaining time will be dedicated to supporting the clinical team through staff supervision, mentorship, and professional development. The individual in this role will work closely with clinical staff to promote high-quality patient care, support clinical growth, and ensure appropriate patient volume and access. The role also plays an important part in fostering a positive and engaged clinical environment focused on collaboration, professional development, and excellence in patient care. This position is well suited for a clinician looking to grow into a leadership role while continuing to maintain strong clinical practice.
