As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation, directly impacting how the business understands its performance, identifies opportunities, and automates critical tasks. We are seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to process transformation. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering meaningful insights, enhancing data quality, and improving accessibility across various service lines. This is an exciting opportunity to challenge existing processes, promote innovation, and contribute to significant operational advancements.

What You Will Do:



  • Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, IT partners, and the analytics community to identify, prioritize, and document opportunities for enhanced insights, address data gaps, and boost operational efficiency.
  • Lead and actively support transformational projects from initial requirement gathering through to successful user-acceptance testing.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of substantial structured and unstructured datasets to generate critical insights that inform business use and strategic decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to business users on self-service tools and dashboards, ensuring they understand available data fields and underlying logic.
  • Prepare clear, concise documentation and analytical reports that effectively summarize results, assumptions, and conclusions.


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, engineering, computer science, operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, capable of influencing others and working effectively both independently and as part of diverse teams across various locations.
  • Proven experience using a dashboarding tool such as Power BI or Tableau to build impactful, customer-facing deliverables.
  • Expertise in extracting large datasets using SQL.
  • Working knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL) best practices and hands-on experience transforming data with tools like Python, Power Query, KNIME, or similar.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience using REST APIs to source data from cloud applications and skill in normalizing data from JSON files.
  • Knowledge of Source to Pay processes.
  • Experience using statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS to create advanced analytics.
