Job Summary As a member of the Customer Success Implementation Team, the IT Engineer is primarily responsible for the installation of ZOLL's Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Fire Service RescueNet suite of software on client and/or internal systems. Included in the responsibilities of the IT Engineer are troubleshooting issues on customer/internal systems, creation and verification of hardware requirements, and the execution of process to ensure a successful installation of the RescueNet products. The IT Engineer scopes, schedules, and plans the installation of software, working closely with the Implementation team as well as the client's IT team to meet the overall timeframe for deployment. The goal of this position is to drive consistency throughout the scoping and installation process to ensure that the client environment is ready for the start of product training. Essential Functions

The annual salary for this position is: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
