Job Title: Document Control Specialist I

Location(s): Wilmington, OH

Job Summary:
The Document Control Specialist I is an entry-level role responsible for handling and processing documents with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires strong attention to detail while managing high volumes of repetitive document-related tasks. Responsibilities include pulling, sorting, organizing, and validating automotive titles and related paperwork. The role operates in a fast-paced production environment with expectations to meet daily service level and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of repetitive document-related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Achieve individual daily production and quality goals.
  • Retrieve perfecting documents from a secured vault repository.
  • Sort, organize, validate, and pull documents according to established procedures.
  • Collaborate with peers, leadership, and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Utilize step ladders when retrieving documents from storage areas.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational certification.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain strong time management and productivity.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Not Required):

  • College degree or relevant certification.
  • Familiarity with automotive, titling, or finance industry processes.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Routine and repetitive document processing tasks.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Frequent squatting and bending.
  • Use of step ladders when retrieving documents.
  • Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.

Schedule Details:
Primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ET. Occasional overtime, evening, holiday, or weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
