The selected candidate will provide coverage and management of a provider desktop to support Provider shortages due to PTO/TAP and/or vacancies.Coverage includes reviewing and addressing labs, messages, refills, and documents, etc. found within the provider desktop. Licensure or license eligible as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - FNP required Multi-state licensure preferred BLS certification 5 years' experience as a NP/PA required; with at least 2 years of experience in primary care Annual Compensation Range $112,765.00 - $147,511.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
