As an Analyst of Strategic Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term direction of our Customer Success organization. You will be responsible for independently driving the development of a strategic point-of-view on critical business topics, as well as guiding the design of strategic initiatives. Your ability to develop a strong perspective on "big bets" for our business via the synthesis of data-driven insights and internal & external research and your individual business judgement, as well as your ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, will be key to your success in this role. You will work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, focusing on a strategic planning period of 2-5 years into the future.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization, working closely with senior leaders and both internal & external experts to drive meaningful change and growth. The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $113,500 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $90,200 - $124,000 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. | |
