Job Title: Systems Administrator - IV. Location: Richmond, VA. Qualifications: Experience as an Informatica Administrator. Team supports a multitude of apps for the business. Informatica - migration into the cloud. Top skills: PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, automation, systems integration, file transfer tool experience, ITIL experience. Communication is crucial for this role (interaction with Informatica customers and community). Experience providing on-call support, workload adjustments within Informatica. Focus on administration rather than development due to work and support requirements. Ability to understand the current Informatica (9.2) and upgrading to 10.5, data center (holistic understanding). Leadership experience. Ability to create support documentation for on-call tasks. Incident management and change management skills. Effective communication skills for upward reporting and handling tough conversations with customers. Experience working with large groups. Informatica solution experience at a medium to expert level.
