Overview:
We are seeking a paralegal to join our Intellectual Property Litigation Department in our Minneapolis, MN office. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule for this position where the employee may work from home and the office. (Minimum of 3 days of week in the office). The ideal candidate will have strong e discovery experience to support all phases of litigation, with the ability to manage complex intellectual property litigation matters, primarily in federal court.

Responsibilities Include:

* Assisting with case development and project management
* Drafting pleadings and other litigation documents
* Coordinating and managing document reviews and productions, including running keyword and Boolean searches in Relativity, working with e-discovery vendors, quality-checking (QCing) document productions, and serving document productions
* Analyzing relevant documents and other information to identify factual and legal issues
* Preparing case summaries and chronologies and assisting attorneys with deposition preparation
* Preparing and assisting the legal team with privilege logs and QCing the logs
* Assisting the legal team with investigations, mediations, arbitration, and trial preparation.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Candidates must be professional individuals with minimum of two years of experience. Solid skills in Relativity are required, including proficiency in running searches, managing document review workflows, coordinating with e-discovery vendors, quality-checking document productions, and serving document productions. Strong electronic discovery experience is required, including familiarity with the full e discovery lifecycle, document review workflows, and an understanding of legal privileges. Familiarity with AI tools for document reviews in Relativity is a plus. Proficiency in Nuix also a plus but not required. Proficiency in Excel is preferred, and knowledge of Opus2 and Trial Director is a plus.

Applicants should have a paralegal certificate, a bachelor's degree is recommended but not required. They must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing strict deadlines.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $50,000 - $89,500/year. This position is non-exempt and scheduled for 37.5 hours per week. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
