We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as Program Manager, Craftsman to work out of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Job Summary:

The Program Manager, Craftsman serves as the senior contractor lead responsible for the overall execution and management of SETA support services provided to the Capability Program Executive - Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Headquarters. The PM provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance management for contractor personnel supporting CPE IEW&S programs and mission activities.

The Program Manager oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering technical, engineering, acquisition, program management, operational, security, logistics, administrative, financial, contract planning, and business support services in support of CPE IEW&S mission requirements. The Program Manager ensures effective staffing, workforce readiness, compliance with contract requirements, and high-quality performance outcomes in support of the Government customer.

Essential Duties:



  • Maintain close coordination with CPE IEW&S Headquarters leadership and staff, providing responsive communication and issue resolution
  • Support Government leadership with program management insight and operational awareness
  • Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the Government customer and USfalcon employees
  • Provide strategic program leadership and direction for all contract activities, ensuring successful execution of technical, acquisition, engineering, and operational support services
  • Coordinate activities across functional support areas to ensure mission alignment
  • Provide program-level oversight for performance, schedule, cost control, and staffing execution
  • Lead program reviews and management meetings with Government stakeholders
  • Manage a workforce across multiple functional disciplines and locations
  • Coordinate staffing efforts including recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Implement vacancy mitigation strategies to minimize operational impact
  • Ensure personnel maintain required certifications, training, and security clearances
  • Oversee employee performance, professional development, and retention efforts
  • Oversee development, review, and submission of contract deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and performance standards
  • Identify program risks related to staffing, performance, or mission execution and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor potential operational impacts and proactively resolve issues
  • Identify and mitigate program risks related to staffing, performance, or mission execution by developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, monitoring potential operational impacts, proactively resolving issues, and providing oversight of intelligence systems and capabilities, electronic warfare technologies, and sensor integration and data capabilities.
  • Ensure personnel effectively support Program of Record (POR) and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) systems within the CPE IEW&S portfolio.


Required Qualifications:



  • 10-15 years of relevant experience supporting DoD programs, including program management and leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing large technical support or SETA contracts
  • Experience supporting Department of the Army acquisition or engineering organizations
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams providing technical and programmatic support services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex staffing, performance, and mission execution requirements
  • Experience supporting defense acquisition programs, systems engineering, or operational programs


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience supporting CPE IEW&S, PEO IEW&S, or similar Army modernization organizations
  • Knowledge of Program of Record (POR) and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) programs


Education/ Certification:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, business, or related field


Required Clearance: Top Secret

Travel: 10%
