TRC's Digital IGS business unit delivers missioncritical IT and OT systems for electric, gas, and water utilities across Distribution, Transmission, and Generation. Our portfolio includes complex technology implementations and upgrades such as ADMS, EMS, OMS, GIS, GWD, AMI, DERMS, and other operational systems that support safe, reliable, and datadriven grid operations.

We are seeking a Director of Project Delivery & Performance to lead, mentor, and manage our team of Delivery Project Managers responsible for the ontime, onbudget, and onspec execution of IT/OT implementation projects. This leader will ensure consistent delivery excellence, strengthen our clientfacing performance, and support the scaling of our PMO capabilities as TRC continues to grow in the utility modernization market.

This is a highvisibility leadership role that requires deep experience in utility operational technologies, strong delivery governance, and exceptional people leadership.

Team Leadership & Management

• Ensure the PM team applies consistent methodologies and best practices across all engagements.
• Lead, coach, train, and mentor the team of Delivery Project Managers across all Digital customer programs and projects.
• Establish performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and support professional and career development.
• Conduct executivelevel project reviews, health assessments, and risk escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and PM tools.

ClientFacing Delivery Oversight

• Work closely with Sales, PMO leadership, Architecture and Technical SMEs, Resource Management, and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment in delivery planning and execution.
• Support proposal teams with delivery estimates, risks, and staffing plans for new opportunities.
• Ensure resourcing forecasts align with upcoming workload and required skill sets.
• Monitor client satisfaction and partner with Practice Leads and Directors to ensure positive delivery experiences.

Delivery Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Develop and enhance delivery frameworks specific to OT and IT systems in utility environments.
• Champion TRC delivery excellence, process improvement, and operational scalability.
• Partner with PMO Leadership to improve project financial reporting and delivery analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT/OT systems delivery for utilities (electric or gas).
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or leading crossfunctional delivery teams.
• Demonstrated delivery experience with systems such as ADMS, EMS, OMS, GIS, GWD, AMI, or similar operational platforms.
• Strong understanding of utility operational workflows in Distribution, Transmission, and/or Generation.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multiphase, multivendor technology projects.
• Expertise in project governance, financial management, KPIs, and project delivery frameworks (e.g., PMI, hybrid, or agileadapted methodologies).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executivelevel interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PMIACP, or similar project leadership certification.
• Experience working within a consulting or professional services delivery model.
• Familiarity with NERC/CIP, cybersecurity requirements, and OTIT integration best practices.
• Handson experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
