Responsibilities Peraton's Cyber & Intelligence HR Team is seeking an HR Manager who will serve as a the HR point of contact for a Business Unit and is viewed as a trusted partner who is progressive, responsive, consultative, and collaborative in driving win-win solutions. This role will report to the VP of HR for the Cyber & Intelligence Sector. The ideal HR Leader thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where the talent we provide to our customers is the driving force behind our revenue generation. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
