What You'll Do:

We serve our customers by providing information, responding to requests, and resolving problems. Customer Service is the main point of contact for internal and external customers. We answer calls via a toll-free number. Our work environment is a cross-functional team environment with minimal supervision. Travel is not required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assist Customers
  • Resolve customer requests via toll-free customer line or customer help email
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for calling Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within prescribed time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Process credit applications:
  • Log and track applications to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with division credit personnel and provide any information they need to determine credit worthiness on current or potential customers
  • Understand Customer Setup in our ERP system and online.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Other Duties as Required
  • Assist with month-end closing and other AR related items as assigned


Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Education. Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.

Functional Knowledge. Must have knowledge of products, concepts, practices, and procedures.

Technology Skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Language Skills. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.
