The Supervisor Facilities manages the maintenance of buildings in the on the campus assigned. This role oversees and coordinates the work completed in order to ensure that maintenance is properly performed in line with the applicable standards. Essential Job Function Supervises preventive maintenance to ensure that specifications are followed to prevent instances of equipment failure. Monitors compliance with local, state, and federal standards and safety regulations to minimize risk to employees and tenants. Oversees construction and renovation projects as needed to support the timely completion of work. Reviews records and status reports of work, costs, and systems for management's review of planning and control information. Trains staff as needed to ensure that staff is up to speed on new and modified equipment and systems. Assigns work orders to staff to ensure maintenance and repair projects are scheduled in a timely and orderly manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Required: 5 years of related experience, including 2-3 years of experience supervising others Licensure/Certification/Listing
