What We Do
First American's Internship Program is a full-time, paid 10-12 week summer experience designed to provide undergraduate students with meaningful, hands-on exposure to a corporate environment within the financial services and title industry. Interns work onsite and are given real assignments that support business operations while developing technical, professional, and interpersonal skills that will serve them throughout their careers.
In addition to day-to-day work experience, interns participate in program-specific activities, executive presentations, and networking opportunities, all while receiving guidance and support from a manager and/or mentor. This position is located onsite at: 1795 International Way Idaho Falls, ID 83402 Position Summary The Business Operations Undergraduate Intern will support post-closing operations through a variety of administrative, documentation, and workflow-related assignments. This role is ideal for a student who is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and interested in developing a deeper understanding of mortgage, real estate, financial services, or title-related operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience with document generation, document management, post-closing processes, workflow tracking, and operational support activities that contribute to accurate and timely business outcomes.
