Summary:
Performs a variety of tasks to provide front-line support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves communicating with customers through phone, email, or chat while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. It also works closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and to support overall operational goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Education: High school diploma or GED required Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required Experience: Six months or more work experience Preferred: Previous customer service or call center experience Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems Physical Requirements and Work Content:Americans with Disability Specifications: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
