The Opportunity
The Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing the development of compelling, brand-aligned content across digital and print platforms to support business and marketing objectives for multiple clients. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, strategic judgment, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.

Working under the Senior Marketing Director and alongside the Marketing Content Creator, Marketing Associates, and Interns, the Marketing Lead will help lead content strategy and execution while building strong client relationships and ensuring all deliverables reflect each client's voice, brand, and value proposition. How You'll Contribute
  • Create and oversee high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media copy, landing pages, and video scripts
  • Develop and deliver monthly client reports, including performance insights and recommendations
  • Analyze content metrics and optimize strategy based on performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective content solutions
  • Digital ad uploads and placement on Google, Meta, etc.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all formats and channels
  • Provide thought leadership on content marketing best practices, tools, and innovations
  • Capture and edit original photo and video content for multi-channel use
  • Design visual assets for digital and print, including infographics, social media graphics, and sales collateral
  • Support video production including scripting, on-site filming, and basic editing
  • Travel to client sites (estimated 2040%) to capture content, conduct interviews, oversee shoots, and support on-site initiatives
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of marketing lead experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and/or content marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CRM/marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout, Loomly, HubSpot, etc.
  • Digital ad experience specifically, Google and Meta.
  • Experience with photography and videography, including basic post-production editing
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (typically 23 times per week) within the Baltimore/Washington DC area
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) hybrid position that combines remote work with regular in-person client visits in the Timonium, Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC areas. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required to support client events and special initiatives.
