This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week. Responsibilities The Director of Total Rewards serves as strategic partner to leadership and the Board of Directors, designing and executing a data-driven Total Rewards strategy that reinforces the Bank's mission and drives a high-performance culture. This role directs the research, development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefit plans, including production-based incentive plans, executive compensation, self-insurance health benefits, and other employee benefit programs. In a consultative manner, this individual guides management regarding the application of sound compensation practices. Managing compliance of legal and regulatory requirements associated with compensation, payroll, and benefits programs in integral to success for this position. Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field
