Job Summary: The role involves coordinating and processing domestic and international shipments in strict compliance with all applicable regulations. The person will prepare and manage export and import documentation, including Shipper's Export Declarations (Form 7525-V) and related classification data, and interface directly with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods. They will utilize Automated Export Systems (AES) to file export information and obtain ITN numbers, determine and apply proper export and import codes (Schedule B, HTS, ECCN classifications), and ensure adherence to EAR and ITAR regulations. The position also requires using carrier platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipment creation, tracking, and documentation, while maintaining compliance with hazardous materials regulations per 49 CFR and IATA.

Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience. Candidates must be Hazmat certified under 49 CFR (domestic) and IATA (international). They should possess strong knowledge of AES, including ITN generation, and have experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Familiarity with SED Form 7525-V, Schedule B, HTS codes, and ECCN classifications is essential, as is a working knowledge of EAR and ITAR regulations. Proficiency with carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others) is required, along with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Salary Range $70,000-$90,000
