Supervisor - Terminal Ops

Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 47 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Europe, and Mexico. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 9,500 miles of pipeline and over 100 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which serve approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors.

This role has a current pay range of $87,500 - $135,000. The listed pay range represents the company's good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibility for the maintenance, safety, and environmental matters related to the receipt and storage of
customer products through multiple transportation methods.
- Supervises employees including fair and consistent assignment of tasks.
- Assumes responsibility for the training and development of department employees.
- Performs daily physical inspections and prepares status reports on equipment and operations.
- Operates equipment used in daily operations and prepares laboratory analysis.
- Prepares daily and monthly reports, material, and service requisitions.
- Evaluates subordinates' daily activities for performance evaluation.
- Assures daily, weekly, and annual reports are delivered to management, interdepartmental groups, and customers
according to regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Reduces potential risk to public safety and environment and minimizes company liability through efficient product
movement.
- Improves operations efficiency and financial profitability through well maintained processes.
