Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Duties: Responsible for the implementation and support of highly secure and resilient information technology solutions. Accountable for delivery of technical systems/solutions, plus the architecture and documentation within areas of technical expertise, supporting enterprise and global environments while focused on continuous improvement in support of the IT strategic vision and roadmap. Plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access control to our systems and applications. Works closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive the organization's IAM strategy and security posture. Lead the design, Implementation, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow and Okta, to ensure secure access control across systems and applications. Configure, customize, and maintain integrations between IAM systems and various enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms. Implement and manage access control policies, ensuring that users have appropriate access to systems, data, and resources, while adhering to security standards and compliance requirements. Develop and maintain identity governance processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC). Configure and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privilege escalation. Ensure IAM systems and policies are in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and assist in audits and assessments. Hybrid work permitted 1 day per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Cleveland, Ohio.

Requirements: a Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer, Trainee Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, or related role where experience was gained. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five years the employer will also accept a Master's degree in in Computer Science, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer, Trainee Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer, or related role where experience was gained. Also requires 2 years of experience in the following:

  • IAM engineering with a strong background in SailPoint IdentityNow or Okta;

  • Using IAM tools and technologies, such as Identity and Access Management systems such as Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity, and directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP;

  • Configuring, customizing, and managing SailPoint IdentityNow or Okta systems;

  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security standards such as NIST and ISO 27001 and best practices;

  • Scripting and automation such as SailPoint IdentityNow API, Okta API, PowerShell, Python, or JSON for IAM-related tasks; and

  • Using industry standard developer tools such as Postman, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, or Katlon.
