ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and highly creative individual for the position of Director Health Planning, to lead and grow our international planning team within the Health Practice. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare planning at CannonDesign-building a best-in-class team, mentoring talent, aligning resources to projects, and driving innovation for our clients in partnership with our healthcare consulting teams. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with deep expertise in healthcare planning, a passion for mentoring and team development, and a track record of winning and delivering groundbreaking work. Creativity is essential-this person will bring fresh ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and inspire new approaches to planning that elevate our work and impact. This is both an inward- and outward-facing role, requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and thought leadership.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
The salary range for this position is $180,800 to $226,000 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances. We have paid time off, flex-time schedules, remote work options and a 401k plan and employee perk programs. Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
