Summary of Position

We areseekinga communications professional to support our internal communications function and execute day-to-day employee communications program activities.

A strong writer and cross-functional thinker who effectively gets things done, this person will support a range of employee communications programs for Teladoc Health, including management and content development for our intranet and company newsletters, assisting with the planning and executing of all employee town halls, and managing our communication platforms. This role will be highly visible to Human Resources and other business leaders and partners throughout the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, draft and distribute communication content for emails, articles, and other materials for senior leaders.
  • Lead the development and distribution of a bi-weekly newsletter to keep global employees informed of company news and events.
  • Develop content for multiple channels, including our intranet, email, leadership blogs and town halls, ensuring content is clear, consistent, and effective.
  • Support communications campaigns that drive employee understanding, adoption, and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize our company intranet and email communication platforms.
  • Create visually compelling content with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva) to deliver impactful messages across channels.
  • Monitor best practices and trends and make recommendations to drive informed improvements.
  • Anticipate communication needs and proactively develop solutions.
  • Assist with the compilation of summaries and reports on communications activities for purposes of team tracking and executive updates.

Qualifications Required for Position

  • 5+ years of experience managing internal/employee communications at a mid to large organization or agency.
  • Bachelor's degree required; in English, journalism, or communications, highly valued.
  • Demonstrated creativity in storytelling and content development.
  • Expert-level skills with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (writing samples will be required).
  • Advanced proficiency in intranet and email platform management (e.g. SharePoint, Staffbase).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to form effective relationships and work resourcefully with internal teams to achieve results.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Communications experience in technology and/or healthcare.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in communications, including AI, digital media, social media, PR.

The base salary range for this position is$100,000 - $115,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
