Senior Project Manager (Marketing & Creative)

for a global brand marketing organization

Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a high-performing creative and marketing organization. This team focuses on optimizing productivity in the creative process and delivering exceptional work efficiently. The Senior Project Manager will partner closely with creative, strategy, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive marketing campaigns from brief through delivery-on time, on budget, and on strategy.

This role is ideal for a seasoned, solutions-oriented project leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, balances big-picture thinking with strong attention to detail, and is invested in the success and well-being of the team.

Responsibilities




  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-discipline stakeholders.



  • Act as a trusted partner to creative leads, ensuring work is creatively excellent and aligned to strategic objectives.



  • Use creative problem solving to drive results in a dynamic, innovative environment.



  • Guide work toward the best possible outcome while balancing team capacity and business priorities.



  • Help shape and refine processes across the project management team and broader marketing organization.



  • Manage large-scale, complex projects, leveraging junior project management resources for support where appropriate.



  • Drive scoping and resourcing conversations with team and stakeholder leads.



  • Develop and maintain timelines, resource plans, delivery plans, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with team leads.



  • Partner with business leaders to build project roadmaps and forecasts.



  • Guide work through the creative development process, ensuring alignment with strategy, objectives, and milestones.



  • Keep teams and stakeholders aligned on priorities through strong facilitation, communication, and status tracking.



  • Report out on project highlights, risks, key wins, and overall performance.




Minimum Qualifications




  • 8+ years of project management experience within marketing, creative, or related environments.



  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate priorities and business results to stakeholders at all levels and simplify complex information.



  • Extensive experience working with creative teams and an understanding of how to enable their best work.



  • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder groups, leading working sessions, and driving consensus.



  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and sound judgment in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.



  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and facilitation skills.




The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $55-$60 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week - 3 months 9-5pm PSTcontract role. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
