This role requires candidates to become familiar with all operations processes, develop/manage KPI's to support the development and document improved operations across the Jason USA operations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • SOP creation, revision and control to ensure all standardized process / procedures are properly documented and revision controlled.
  • Manages a wide array of projects across functional teams to ensure proper coordination of activities and timelines
  • Create, analyze and enter data related to operations and HSE activities in multiple applications requiring proficient use of ERP, MS Excel, and other data systems.
  • Support purchasing and SIOP process development and refinement including cost down initiatives
  • Performs evaluation, testing, and training of ERP and database process changes / implementations to ensure proper validation and rollout to operations teams.
  • Manage quality control processes to report detailed quality analysis of errors and support CAPA process to minimize quality non-conformance events
  • Creates presentations and detailed data analysis reports to key stakeholders including delivery, backorder, safety, quality, personnel efficiency, and customer support performance.
  • Manage and process freight claims to ensure reimbursement and performance tracking
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned to support Jason Industrial activities.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams to ensure continuous, ongoing improvement of processes, methods, productivity, and quality, while reducing costs.
  • Completes other functions and backup functions as assigned.
  • Maintain departmental housekeeping standards

SCOPE AND DIMENSIONS:

  • Accountable for the timely data input and analyzation to properly measure operations efficiency
  • Documents & organizes standard processes and activities for all US Jason sites
  • Manages identified projects from concept through completion

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related major and three to five years' experience in S.O.P. documentation development, project management and SIOP / procurement planning, or a combination of related education and experience
  • Self-starting individual that is computer savvy and has a willingness to learn key operations activities.
  • Capacity to delivery high quality work to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload.
  • Ability to generate and analyze data and apply concepts of basic algebra.


KPIs:


  • Maintain data entry and analysis of data & provide detailed accurate reports for operations activities
  • Document & revise processes related to physical & data entry processes
  • Coordinate projects and processes to insure timely completion.
