Summary:

This Program Manager position is the point-of-contact to the Government and has the responsibility for ensuring implementation of this requirement. This position is the lead position and is responsible for all other positions on this contract reporting to them.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Shall be the focal point for all CFSR and other activities and ensure the workload balance is maintained among CFSRs and other contract personnel
  • Manage the flow of the workplace on a day-to-day basis throughout all departments
  • Create deployments and request LOA's to include SOFA requirements utilizing SPOT
  • Track and Analyze reports in order to determine where improvements can be made in processes and procedures
  • Oversee Sub-Contractor performance and cost
  • Identify needs for the overall good of the program
  • Conduct surveys with Watercraft customers and analyze customer feedback
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs, to anticipate obstacles to success, and to advocate internally on their behalf
  • Regularly track operations and projects, manage operational and project risks and impact of changes
  • Assist in the management of leadership development projects related to workforce management and program staffing
  • Determines need for escalating issues and risks.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Able to build schedules
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to work well under pressure, able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong Organization and time management skills are desired
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
  • Good social and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship with an Active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
  • Minimum 10 years of program management experience along with 5 years of tasking and organizing program level operations and assigning field work to technicians
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in C5ISR Sustainment maintenance programs including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing incident support directly supporting U.S. Army Watercraft
  • Requires experience in at least 2 of the following areas; Radars, satellite communication, integrated bridge systems, C5ISR equipment, or GMDSS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
