Full-time | Accounting & Finance | Location - Olathe, KS, 66022

Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and accurately process accounts receivable transactions.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Post customer payments through credit card, cash, and check transactions

• Record customer payments accurately and in a timely manner

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with customers

• Maintain customers' confidence and protect operations by keeping all information confidential

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications

• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related department objectives

• Filing and maintaining records may require occasional lifting of boxes less than 50 lbs.

HOW TO SUCCEED

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and at least 1 year related experience and/or training

• Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF

• Demonstrates effective proficiency with typing and 10 key by touch

• Demonstrates a proven track record in providing friendly, timely, and accurate customer service to internal and external customers

• Proven experience and demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

• Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to collaborate with others in an effective, positive manner

• Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
