As a Security Officer - Secure Lobby Access in Fontana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will manage access control, greet associates and visitors, verify credentials, and support inbound and outbound traffic flow. You will monitor activity, maintain accurate logs, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with site teams. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at entry and exit points by verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting visitor, contractor, and driver activity per site requirements.
• Manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow by coordinating with dispatch and dock operations, directing drivers to designated areas, and reporting irregular activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and completing required documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, yards, and perimeter, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
