Geneseo, NY Please note, this is an in-office position. Candidates MUST be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY.

Pay Rate: $17.20 - $17.75 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities

Shift: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Daytime Hours

*Flexible scheduling within business hours.

*One weekday per week extends until 9:00 PM.

*Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Be the calm in the call. As a Account Support Representative, you'll listen, support, and guide customers toward the answers they need.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of collections experience
• Strong reading comprehension, communication, and typing abilities
• Comfortable navigating modern office systems and data tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow structured procedures and work independently
• Must be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY (in-office only)

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Contact individuals with delinquent accounts to discuss repayment options
• Make outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Conduct skip-tracing to locate updated contact or employment details
• Negotiate payments or escalate more complex cases appropriately
• Document all interactions clearly while following the scripts verbatim
• Verify account details for special circumstances, such as disability or bankruptcy
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and internal guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
