Pay Rate: $23.50 - $36.93 per hour

Shift: (2:30 PM - 1:00 AM | Monday - Thursday) (4:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Friday - Sunday | Work 36 hours & get paid for 40 hours)

*This is a union facility. Must be open to all shifts and pay union dues (within the first 90 days).

The Skills You Need To Make the Cut

• GED or diploma(trade school = bonus)
• Experience running mills and/or lathe machines or working in production/warehouse
• Mechanical smarts - you know your way around tools and gauges, familiar with M & G Codes
• Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
• Strength and stamina - lift (up to) 50 lbs. and stay on your feet
• Team player who shows up, works safely, and gets it done
• Read blueprints and drawings

How You'll Keep Production Moving

You'll spend your day setting up, running, and fine-tuning CNC machinery to keep production moving. You'll read blueprints, verify tolerances, and inspect every piece for precision. Whether it's adjusting offsets or performing quick maintenance, you'll make sure each shift runs smoothly and safely like a CNC pro.
