Become our next Accounting Manager in Bentonville and help manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. If balancing worksheets, clearing queues, and staying ahead of the numbers feels good, this role is built for you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional accounting coursework a plus
• Previous experience inAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accountingpreferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and manage priorities

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, apply payments, and reconcile accounts
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with the month-end close
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account variances
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments
• Prepare reports and update accounting spreadsheets as needed
• Assist with audits, filing, and general accounting support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
