Summary
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational processes of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and effective utilization of resources. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions Develops and implements operational strategies, goals, and plans aligned with the organization's objectives. Collaborates with senior management to define operational targets and monitor progress toward achieving them. Identifies opportunities for process optimization, streamlining workflows, and improving operational efficiency. Analyzes existing processes, recommends enhancements, and implements changes to drive productivity and cost-effectiveness. Allocates and manages resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational requirements. Sets performance metrics, establishes Key Performance Indicators, and monitors performance against targets. Implements quality control measures, conducts audits, and addresses non-compliance issues promptly. Oversees procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes. Identifies and assesses operational risks, develops risk mitigation strategies, and implements appropriate controls. Generates regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and project updates. Education Bachelor's Degree Operations Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Operational Management Experience 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Solid understanding of supply chain management, process improvement methodologies, and quality assurance principles. - Proficiency in using operational software, project management tools, and data analysis software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
