Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate - Energy and Project Finance - Charlotte

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated Associate to join the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Finance Team in the Energy and Natural Resources Sector in the Firm's Charlotte office. This position will involve working in an active and dynamic practice representing lenders, investors, sponsors, and developers on transactions involving renewable energy finance and development.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong organization, and analytical skills.
• Academic coursework in secured transactions, corporate law, commercial contracts, project finance, energy law, and/or tax law is strongly preferred
• Third year law students will be considered with a start date after taking the summer bar exam.
  

Compensation:

• $205,000 - $215,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role.
• Actual compensation can vary and may be above or below the range based on qualifications and experience. Additional incentives may be applicable. The salary range for other firm locations will align with market rates.
