Role description Access Management Specialist (Okta / Ping / Similar) Experience: 7-12 years Location: Any UST location in India Key Skills & Responsibilities: Strong expertise in Access Management / SSO / MFA solutions - preferably Okta or Ping. Experience in solution design, implementation, and presales activities. Hands-on experience with Authentication, SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), adaptive authentication, and API security. Exposure to integration with enterprise and cloud apps (SaaS, IaaS). Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle, Directory Services, and Zero Trust concepts. Involvement in solution design, architecture, or presales will be an advantage. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers during solution workshops or proposals. General Requirements (for both roles): 7-12 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years in IAM domain. Strong delivery / implementation background with exposure to solutioning or presales. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with global teams.
