**About the Opportunity**

Join a dynamic team dedicated to driving change management, process excellence, and capability development. You will play a pivotal role in deploying an innovative enterprise planning tool, guiding its adoption across supply chain and manufacturing teams globally. This position offers the unique opportunity to support cross-functional change, manage key partnerships, and operationalize campaigns to develop and embed new ways of working.

**What You'll Do**

* Lead the conception, development, and deployment of critical planning capabilities and processes across global initiatives.

* Design and finalize robust business processes, including RACI models and visual interaction maps, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

* Develop and execute comprehensive training plans, user acceptance testing, and strategic change management initiatives.

* Create and launch essential playbooks, promoting best practices and fostering continuous improvement throughout the organization.

* Build strong stakeholder alignment and manage communications effectively across all phases of capability lifecycles.

* Measure and report on value creation, user adoption, and the overall impact of new capabilities.

* Sustain journey capabilities, processes, and playbooks post-launch, ensuring long-term success and integration.

* Influence and support the functional strategy and portfolio roadmaps for planning.

* Drive cross-functional alignment and transparency from initial idea generation through to tangible value delivery.

**Who We're Looking For**

We seek a strategic, results-driven professional with advanced expertise in change management, planning, process design, and capability deployment. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, ambiguous environments, demonstrates strong business acumen, and excels at stakeholder management. You are passionate about driving change, developing compelling business cases, and delivering measurable impact. You value diverse perspectives, foster teamwork, and communicate with clarity and influence.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training).

* 8+ years of experience in change management within planning environments.

* Proven experience in deploying enterprise-level tools.

* Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.

* 7+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or capability development.

* Proven program management and change management skills.

* Experience with process creation, training, and user adoption.

* Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**

* Experience in or knowledge of supply chain processes.

* End-to-end awareness for planning pathways.

* Experience within the retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry.
